I'm local to the Boston, MA area, can I pick up my artwork?
Sure, contact me about the piece and we can arrange for you to pick up instead of having it shipped.
How is your artwork shipped?
All artwork is carefully wrapped and securely protected for shipping and transporting. This includes using multiple cardboard boxes, padding, and a very sturdy shipping box.
All artwork is shipped via UPS or Fedex and shipping insurance is included on every order of original artwork.
Do you ship internationally (outside the US)?
Currently, automatic shipping prices are for shipping within mainland United States only. If you need an order to ship internationally or outside mainland US, just send an email and I can prepare a custom shipping quote.
How soon will my artwork arrive after purchasing?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for all artwork to be properly packaged and shipped. I take time making sure all art is safe and secure before heading out to you.
What is your refund/exhange policy?
Due the nature of handmade artwork, I do not offer exchanges or returns on artwork. I am not responsible for packages once they are picked up by a shipping carrier, however I do my utmost to package them properly. If you have a concern or encounter any issues after shipping, send me an email and I'll see how to help.
Who owns the rights to artwork?
I retain all rights to all artwork that I draw, paint, and create. This includes the rights to the image of any sold or commissioned original paintings and drawings. I also retain the right to make reproductions and prints of any and all artwork. If a Collector would like the rights to a specific piece, it has to be purchased separately (in addition to the purchase of original art).
